OK, first thing first.
Basically there are plenty of methods to unblock a blocked site. hmmm what I will discuss here is the various ways to unblock a site.Keep in mind that which method is going to work for u is dependent on the way the site is blocked. Anyways Have a look :).
Method 1: using https instead of http
the simplest method is to try to open the site. Now since its blocked it wont open up. Replace the http with https.There are chances that the site might open.
let me give u an example:
suppose your site is something like

method 2: USING PROXY
well using proxy is quite easy.
just go to any proxy site (like http://cooltunnel.com/) and these people provide u with a bar. Just put on the website you want to surf and thats it.

method 3: using mobile browser
If nothing is working try this new trick:
had to www.mowser.com
type in your site and this will open the site for u in mobile version.
method 4: using a calculator:
1) get its IP address (216.178.39. 74), by pinging the name
2) start your PC's calculator, and change it to scientific mode (using the "View" menu)
3) enter each of the four IP octets, one by one, converting them to binary (enter number and click on the "Bin" radio button)
Thus 216.178.39.74 becomes 216 = 11011000 178 = 10110010 39 = 00100111 74 = 01001010 add extra 0s ahead if they are not of 8 digits. Reassembled into IP address order, you get 11011000.10110010. 00100111. 010010104) Remove the dots, so you get one huge line of binary, thus: 1101100010110010001 0011101001010
5) Copy this binary string
6) Go to your scientific calculator, and hit the "Bin" button FIRST (as you are about to enter binary), THEN paste in the binary string.
7) Click on the "Dec" button on your calculator, and you will get the converted value of 3635554122
8) Add the hypertext protocol prefix and paste into your browser's address bar:
method 5: use vpn
well this one I have alloted to VPN. Had to google subscribe a VPN service, and use it.

method 6: Using tor

method 7 : Using ultrasurf
well let me first tell you that this method is my favorite one.

how the downloaded thing should have an exe in it.
The great thing is that you don’t need to install it thats why you don’t need to be an administrator of that computer to run this tool.
ok now you can surf internet freely on internet explorer. But not on other browsers mind it!
To use ultrasurf on firefox just download the firefox add-on for ultrasurf from the same site.you will get a .xpi file. Drag and drop on the firefox and press install. Now there will be a WJ enabled type of thing on the bottom right of your screen on the firefox. WJ enabled means you are using ultrasurf. To disable it just click it once.
